What do you like most?
What I appreciate most is the friendly and personal service we receive from the staff in Paraty. I never feel like just another account when dealing with them, unlike what has happened with other suppliers. On the contrary, the relationship is close and friendly, while still remaining professional.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
They could update the website manager, perhaps making it more like WordPress. And a more intuitive BI tool, which I understand is in development.
