What do you like most?
We're a smaller hotel compared to places in the city and RMS is perfect for a hotel our size. With 79 room, it's beyond easy to organize things and keep mistakes down to a minimum. We've tried to move to other systems before, but honestly it was a nightmare, and we came running back to RMS each time. I'd say that for any hotels with about 160 rooms or less, this system is brilliant; even a small boutique hotel with 20 rooms would be able to use RMS comfortably.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
I do miss the slot that we had to input guest's card details as it would let us know if the card number was invalid, something that was very convenient and useful, especially when adding in new guests into the system. Other than that, I honestly don't have any other complaints.
