What do you like most?
Cloudbeds is a stable system with a user-friendly interface. I also appreciate the integrations with major booking channels and the automatic no-show reporting. Also, the dashboard covers everything that hotel operations need.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The reporting function is detailed, but it can take too long to download larger reports. I would prefer modern dashboards instead of traditional Excel-style reports for faster analysis and easier presentation. The support service would be great if we can have line or phone call.
