What do you like most?
Duve offers a seamless Workflow and integration between the various different Touchpoints such as: Mobile Guest App, Door Lock Opening with Mobile, Upselling System and Communication System. It provides a modern Backend System with individual Setup possibilities and intuitive Interface. On top of this great Production comes the outstanding Support I have never Seen in my 20years ECommerce experience. Well done!
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Look and Feel of Guest App could be even more intuitive. The Rules system at the beginning is not so easy to understand.
