What do you like most?
Exely Channel Manager is very easy to use and helps us save a lot of time managing our online booking channels. We can update room rates and availability in one place instead of logging into different OTA extranets. The system is straightforward and makes our daily operations much more efficient.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
It would be helpful to have more flexible reporting options and additional features for analyzing booking trends. This would allow us to better understand our performance across different channels and make more informed pricing decisions.
