What do you like most?
It is easy to use, convenient and manageable. The account manager is very accommodating (Sir Raymund) especially when we have concerns.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Booking order details such as the guest’s name sometimes do not appear in the voucher sent by Exely. Much better if I can filter the room type that I need to close in the availability.
