What do you like most?
I truly recommend HMA to anybody in the hospitality industry. I worked closely with the Yvette and when I tell you her professionalism, Customer Service absolutely top-tier. She was a breath of fresh air. When I was on boarding she took time to really make sure I understood the platform and the dashboard she was always there whenever I needed her and I cannot speak about her enough. The platform is easy to understand. It’s easy to use. It’s easy to navigate and HMA is really flexible to any change that you may have.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
I wasn’t able to integrate to our reservation system so some services were limited, but I do wish that there could be more consistent pricing per month regardless of how many emails or contacts you sent emails to
