What do you like most?
Our business would operate very differently without the technology that DropIn provides. Automating tasks to improve operational efficiency. Their platform enables us to fully automate the check in process, allowing guests to complete online check ins in advance so that, on arrival we can focus on delivering great service rather than managing long front desk queues. It also integrates with our locking system to generate access codes, removing the need for staff to handle manual check ins. DropIn has also taken the time to understand the unique needs of our property and has tailored and developed their software to meet our specific needs, enhancing its value to our operation.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
DropIn have already improved their product to suit our business needs. The only further improvement would be to expand the chat feature so it can better support outbound more tailored one off communications with guests.
