What do you like most?
It gives me Time to really focus in other things than to answer correctly to each of one client, and I can trust I have a good assistant helping me with all the process.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The chat functionality definitely needs improvement. Sometimes I can’t send messages because the send button disappears when the text is too long. It would also help to have saved quick replies ready to send instantly. At times, the app keeps loading or thinking for too long, so the information arrives late. Many times, the booking confirmation never reaches the customer. Please also fix the issue where chats get blocked after 24 hours — it should still be possible to continue the conversation without the chat being locked.
