What do you like most?
The support team is excellent, especially Vibha. They resolve issues very quickly, are friendly, and don't make a big deal of it. They're the best!
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The cost probably represents a significant part of the profit for small hotels, but despite this, everything is great with the system and its modules.
