What do you like most?
The support is great. I really like the Helpdesk platform. Julia is amazing! She is so knowledgeable, helpful, likeable and responsive. She insured that our transition went smoothly.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
I prefer the reports from previous PMS. They generated quicker and the reporting section was a bit more user friendly. I also do not like having to have rooms in a group block in order for guests to book a reseravtion at a courtesy group rate that is a % off Bar rate.
