What do you like most?
Whenever i experienced some technical issue related to my PMS, Hotelogix would swiftly take actions to solve them. What i like most is their technical team is ready to serve you 24/7 through online chat, real human, not chatbot. Would stick to this system as long as they maintain or provide better service experience all the time.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
To my acquaintance so far, no. If i could think of any, i would send email to suggest or advice.
