What do you like most?
We are Duetto customers and have been waiting for weeks for a very urgent callback! There's no hotline, no contact person, we're being completely ignored. Next week we're switching our reservation system to "Opera Cloud" and Duetto needs to be connected to it, otherwise we can't continue working. We have rarely experienced such poor customer service!
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Having already had to manage the VAT changeover ourselves because no one has called us back to this day, we are now completely powerless to handle an entire system migration. Several urgent requests for a callback have been ignored, and we still don't even know who our new account manager is after the previous one left the company. Naturally, we will be suspending all payments!
