What do you like most?
It is very easy to communicate between staff without having to be present. It is very easy and accommodating to use, which is great because it is very time efficient.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
It is very difficult to press *delete after we use the*#---. Although it is very time efficient it lacks the ability to do simple tasks, such as deleting. Wish pressing backspace (delete) without erasing EVERYTHING. Feature Request: - ability to press backspace (delete) without deleting everything in the post
