What do you like most?
Nothing in particular. Its pretty basic. The speed at which it operates is nothing to write home about. I've used faster PMSs in the past that do the same thing but better.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
the overall aesthetics. A lot of things take way too long to either get to, or resolve. A way to batch update multiple reservations at once would be nice (i.e. I need to apply a trace/addon/note to all my arrivals on any given day). It takes way too long having to do it for each individually at a large property.
