What do you like most?
Innroad is easy to use and the staff are amazing. Everyone is very helpful and kind. Such a great booking engine. What would we do without InnRoad really? We just wouldn't be able to function. They are invaluable to our business functioning and we would be lost without InnRoad.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Nothing. InnRoad is awesome and we love what they do for our business. Very responsive. Fast and quick. We love InnRoad! Maybe one day it could be great in InnRoad staff came to do a retreat at our inn. I think that would be the only way to improve our relationship. The West Point Inn wants to host the next InnRoad staff retreat. It would be so fun! A hike in overnight to the West Point Inn. There would be great food, song and dance, ghost stories, s'mores, star gazing, history talks. It could be really fun!
