What do you like most?
We have successfully been able to use the CRO, Channel Manager, Website for our Casino and Leisure guests. Mapping to our 3rd parties has been an ease allowing for a wider range of distribution. The systems work for our 170 room hotel casion to our 3000+ room property in Las Vegas
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
- There can still be some improvements to the channel manager, small items such sorting an searching of rate plans for example
