What do you like most?
Chargeback protection, customer support, ease of use, and integrations with the PMS. Chargebacks are no longer an issue for me. Anyone working in this industry knows how important this is and how frequent chargebacks are. Defending against chargebacks with Stripe is almost as painful as losing the money straightforward. So, it was a 180-degree change for our operation. Furthermore, the team is awesome, especially Kris, their customer success head. I'm really happy to have found this service :)
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
I haven't explored all the features that much, so I don't have a lot of value to add here. Will come back to leave my feedback in the future
