What do you like most?
Easily accessible through Kempinski unified login, guest intelligence took has much potential. guest information is accurate and gives full guest history from PMS.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
System needs more integrations with PMS as its limited to few functionalities, Moreover, linking guests discovery profiles to the GIT would gives more visibility on guest preferences.
