Assistant Reservations Manager

It is a very useful tool that helps us personalize the guests' stay. It is very helpful to have all the information before the arrival of the guests so that we can ensure a smooth check-in.

Director of Rooms

Its a great system which with the pre and post stay surveys helps us measure our quality level and take action. The system is very easy to use and a great asset.

Front Office Manager

In general its a great tool to collect guest preferences and share them in all hotel departments. This makes the guest stay more personalised as we have more background informations.

Assistant Reservations Manager

MMaybe we can add a tool to upgrade the room to a higher room category. This can be done and connected to NOR1.

If the requests could be interfaced to PMS directly, it would be much more convenient for the team, as we will save our time from adding Specials and Treatments into the reservations.

Director of Rooms

Nothing major to adjust really. We are happy with the system and use it daily in various departments of the hotel.

It is a good way of contacting our guests prior arrival and very helpful in many regards, I like the idea.

What do you dislike or think could be improved?

There is many information that should be directly loaded into the PMS, it takes many time to move the information provided to the PMS.
