What do you like most?
The tool enables us to get ahead of our guests needs right even before they arrive at the hotel which greatly aids the operations to manage the guest well and their expectations
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
If there's only two things that maybe can be considered in the future is for the individual properties to personalized/managed the pre-arrival questionnaires and for the portal to directly synchronize the data's in the PMS
