What do you like most?
I use it to manage pricing for 200+ properties (villas and apartments). I like that you can customise a lot but you it's built very intuitevely and easy to use. Their staff are super responsive. I built a direct API with my custom PMS and the integration was super smooth, their tech team was very supportive throughout the process. Even their business support team is great. I use the market dashboard to compare pricing with my competitors and the portfolio analytics to see how we are doing year on year.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
I would love to speak to other people who manage a similar amount of units and get to know how they use the tool on day-to-day basis... What are the actions to take at which frequency/ who manages the account etc...
