What do you like most?
I like how Cloudbeds stores customer information and documents in one system. Checking guest details, statements, and payment slips is straightforward. The system is stable, and overall it provides most of the tools we need.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The application works well for checking rooms and basic information, but there are limitations. It would be much better if users could create rooms and make reservations directly from the application instead of using another device.
