What do you like most?
Mews is a modern, cloud-based pms with an intuitive interface. It’s easy for staff to learn and use, which reduces training time and improves operational efficiency. It has strong integrations and automations available through the MEWS marketplace. That connects easily with many third-party systems (revenue management, POS, channel managers, etc.)
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Reporting and customization. The built in reports and customization options somewhat limited, requiring external tools or manual work to get deeper operational or financial insights.
