What do you like most?
It's quite easy to use during all stages. Once you passed the initial configuration and you get used to the system it's very easy to handle and the Helpdesk is very competent and helpful at all times.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
In our case, as we are a Retreat Centre that sells packages with defined arrival/starting dates (every Saturday only) instead of separate room nights like hotels do, we would need more options for customization as it's not always clear enough for our customers since we can't add information in certain places of the booking interface.
