Duve is a very helpful portal to get connected to our valued guests and cater their needs accordingly. Duve enables us to have a clear and a concise communication with our guests.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Perhaps Duve enables the feature to upload transport information to our guests prior their arrival to the hotel. Duve could also allow the function to add room type preference for the guest prior their arrival.
