What do you like most?
The customer service is unmatched. I spoke to Zahra about multiple things I needed help with and she easily sorted everything I needed. I wanted a software that would be there everyday for any questions and to help me fast, they do this with ease.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Nothing so far, my only wish could be for longer chat hours as I work late into the evening! I've not come across anything they haven't been able to fix so far.
