What I appreciate most about the SiteMinder system is its convenience, efficiency, and user-friendly interface. It allows us to manage our hotel's online distribution channels, room availability, and rates all in one platform.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
I think one area SiteMinder could improve is its reporting and analytics features. It would be helpful to have more detailed yet easy-to-understand reports that provide better insights into booking trends, room performance, revenue, and OTA production.
