The website + booking engine are seamless, payments and invoicing are well integrated and guest communications (including automated check‑in links and messages) are reliable and easy to use. The built‑in features for police/authority registration and other administrative workflows save time and reduce errors. The cost‑to‑benefit ratio for all this technology is excellent, making it a highly attractive choice for small property teams; I highly recommend its use. A solid choice for hosts wanting a single, user‑friendly solution with powerful functionality.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
One feature missing from the platform is an integrated guest review system that automatically solicits and publishes stay reviews—functionality that other booking platforms provide out of the box.
