What do you like most?
The Cloudbeds platform is quite comprehensive, and we currently see the possibility of scaling several other tools, such as website creation, marketing scripts, and interaction with guests through generative AI. I've noticed that improvements are constantly being made and updated in collaboration with clients. This pleases us greatly. The support approach also pleases me, as it fosters self-awareness, something essential in today's world.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
I believe that specific things can be reevaluated, for example, allowing prices per guest to be entered as a percentage rather than a monetary value. In the case of Brazil, we also need the creation of a tool to comply with the National Tourist Registration Force (FNRH) of the Ministry of Tourism.
