-Calendar management is one of Cloudbeds greatest strengths. It's very visual, intuitive, and makes occupancy control easy. -I appreciate that the platform is constantly being developed. They frequently add new features, improvements, and tools that help optimize hotel operations. -Cloudbeds stands out for offering a very complete ecosystem without needing to use so many external tools.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
- Managing group reservations could be simpler and more intuitive. When handling multiple guests and rooms, the amount of information can be confusing and requires several steps to find what's needed. - The overall interface could be smoother and more user-friendly. Some menus have too many options, and when they change location due to updates, it would be helpful if the platform displayed notifications or short walkthroughs to help users adapt more easily. - It would also be beneficial to optimize performance in certain sections to reduce loading times and simplify some repetitive processes.
