What do you like most?
What I love most about HotelFriend is how it seamlessly connects our front desk PMS, channel manager, and guest app in one place. Since we operate in Germany, having native compliance with GoBD, TSE, and DSFinVK built right into the system gives us massive peace of mind. The automated check-in via the guest app has also drastically reduced front desk queues during peak hours.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
While the standard accounting and operational reports are solid and keep us compliant with local laws, building highly customized, ad-hoc financial reports can sometimes be a bit rigid. I would love to see a more flexible drag-and-drop report builder in future updates to make custom data extraction faster for our accounting team.
