What do you like most?
I could upload excel and download for velixo. Also I could do the recurring entries. I could map the daily entries.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
I wanted to delete some recurring entry schedules which I can't. I don't like it when payable invoices were posted wrong vendor or date, I can't change them, now I have to reverse and recreate a new one.

Hello. Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're glad that you appreciate seamless excel uploads and downloads, recurring entries, and daily entry mapping. We understand how frustrating it is when you can't perform the task you want. We are reaching out to you directly to offer some additional training. To clarify HIA functionality, Recurring Transaction Schedules which have already been run are not designed to be deleted. This is so that the history behind the entries stays intact. You can still stop a schedule from creating new transactions by inactivating it. If you need to change or remove individual invoices or journal entries that a schedule created, you can do that directly on each transaction. For payable invoices that were posted with the wrong vendor or date, reversing and re-entering the invoice keeps your audit trail complete and your books accurate. We know it adds a step, and we’d be happy to show you the quickest way to do it. Thank you again for your feedback. It helps us improve how we support our users.
