It helps us centralize guest data from various PMS systems and properties, enabling targeted marketing across the entire customer journey and the personalization of related communications. Data quality, customer loyalty, and identifying cross-selling potential are our top priorities.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The mandatory reporting functions within MDB when using multi-property – without having to use the BI tool Tableau.
