What do you like most?
We are completely satisfied with RoomRaccoon and can wholeheartedly recommend this hotel management software. For our small hotel, it's exactly the solution we were looking for. RoomRaccoon combines everything you need for daily hotel operations in a single, well-designed system. From booking management and the channel manager to guest communication, everything runs smoothly and reliably. We are particularly impressed by the program's clarity. The clear structure and intuitive operation make daily tasks significantly easier and save us a lot of time. Even new employees quickly find their way around, which is a huge advantage in the hectic hotel environment. Thanks to RoomRaccoon, we can better focus on what really matters: our guests. Processes run efficiently in the background, giving us more time for personalized service and allowing us to make our guests happy. For us, RoomRaccoon is a true cornerstone of our hotel operations and indispensable in our daily routine. In recent years, RoomRaccoon's support, in particular, has developed tremendously. What started off well has been continuously improved and professionalized. Inquiries are answered much faster today, and the responsible contacts are competent, friendly, and solution-oriented. It's clear that the support team is not only technically trained but also understands the day-to-day operations of a hotel and thinks practically. Problems are taken seriously and explained clearly, often with concrete, step-by-step solutions that can be implemented immediately. Even with more complex issues, you feel well supported and not left on your own. We particularly appreciate that feedback is clearly heard and actually incorporated into further system development. This close relationship with customers builds trust and shows that RoomRaccoon is thinking long-term. We view the pricing development as solid overall, even if it's not quite 100% convincing from our perspective – around 75%. Nevertheless, the range of services offered, especially due to the significantly improved support, is well worth the price. So, keep it up! What do you dislike or think could be improved?
It would be great if you could bring hoteliers together a bit more; privately owned businesses in particular can learn from each other. Everything else is minor.
