What do you like most?
Flexkeeping made our operations much easier. We are more efficient to divide the rooms for the housekeepers. Lost and found system is making it easier to track the items, for both reception and housekeeping. Big plus in my team is that my staff can have it in their language, which makes it easier for them to work with Flexkeeping.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
In housekeeping function, after we choose the staff who works, it would help us a lot if the names come in alphabetical order. We have 20-30 people working daily, it would help us find the staff name quickly. Tasks, if I have created a task, I cannot just delete it after if I want to, I have to put it done. That could be also improved.
