What do you like most?
I like how we can talk to guest with text. It's much faster and more time efficient. We can communicate with more guest at one time than talking over phone.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
For the cc auth forms, I hope we can eventually get a letter grade or score reference the VCC provided. This will help us determine if the card will be accepted or not.
