What do you like most?
The dashboard is well developed and shows the latest info. Apart from the dashboard, there is sadly nothing much that I can recommend.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
We are a medium sized busy budget hotel in central London. Atomize suggests increases/decreases where the opposite should have been proposed. We had to disable the autopilot and manually change rates in Atomize which of course makes the implementation of an RMS completely useless. We discussed this with the Atomize team but I don't think they understood our business model and pricing model (occupancy based) at all. We sell a big part of our rooms last minute and I assumed that the RMS would react quickly when rooms stock gets depleted but it didn't. Also, when you move rooms within the PMS (ie room upgrade) it considers this action as a cancellation of the originally booked room type and again suggest rates that we cannot accept. The search of a perfect RMS for our business model continues....
