What do you like most?
Easy to navigate, easy to run reports. The options are pretty self-explanatory. For newer users, the title of the reports are helpful when searching for what I need.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Streamline the options so it's not as cluttered. Many of the options could be combined. Some of the tabs are difficult to read.

We're glad to hear it's easy to navigate and run reports, and that the self-explanatory titles have made things easier to find, especially as a newer user. We also appreciate the honest note on streamlining options. HIA is built to be a very robust, flexible system, and that flexibility sometimes means more options than a given user or role actually needs day-to-day — which is fair feedback that the experience could be honed in and streamlined. Combining related options and improving readability on some tabs are both things we'll bring to our product team as we look at ways to simplify the interface without losing that underlying flexibility.
