What do you like most?
A convenient, intuitive, and functional system for hotel operations. The user interface is easy to use, allowing staff to quickly get the hang of it and efficiently manage reservations, guest check-ins, and other operational tasks. Overall, the system leaves a positive impression and significantly simplifies day-to-day operations.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
It would be very helpful to add the ability to create and print guest registration cards directly within the system. Also possibility to edit the dates of arrival and price after making group bookings (Nowadays we have to do it one by one or cancel whole group booking and creat new) Also if possible to undo total bill/invoice of group bookings incase need to edit something.
