What do you like most?
Ease of use, this to a good degree. Video training modules are quite good. Calendar view makes things easier. Small things such as Quick Edits, Edit Pricing etc. makes things very convenient.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Comments and suggestions submitted to immediate manager. Answer to Customer Support and ROI ratings are given as they would not allow to be skipped. Not enough exposure and others in the management may know better how to answer the question, this respectively.
