What do you like most?
Stay n touch did a really good job of helping us transition from another PMS that was not meeting our needs. We began the transition to Stay n touch even before we had opened our hotel in January. The entire team at Stay n touch was organized and guided us in the right direction at every step. The transition was smooth. Most importantly David Tanbouz was phenomenal to work with onsite for our transition. He bonded with our team and made the entire experience much less stressful than it could have been. David is a real MVP.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Nothing. The transition was perfect. Would recommend for sure in the future and we have several more Lantern hotels in the pipeline.
