What do you like most?
We've been using SiteMinder across our portfolio for many years now, and they've been crucial in enabling us to manage a growing portfolio. Property on boardings and transitions are often complex, and SiteMinder helps us streamline channel management and distribution. When there are any issues or questions, their support has always been prompt and helpful (thanks to Ravi for helping us quickly resolve some OTA mapping issues for a newly renovated property), and thanks to Andrea and William for their long-term partnership and help.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
I would love to be able to quickly set up same-day close outs across all rate plans at set times (e.g. stop sell everyday at 6pm)
