Furthermore, the software's integrated inspection for Germany and Austria provides maximum legal certainty, which is a top priority for us in Bavaria. Beyond the administrative advantages, we appreciate the performance of the Booking Engine Pro, which supports our direct booking strategy and reduces commission payments to third parties. For a hotel of our caliber, HotelFriend's personalized approach is especially valuable: We receive customized financial reports and specific updates precisely aligned with our reporting standards. What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Given the system's enormous depth of functionality and complexity, ranging from operational levels to in-depth financial modules, the implementation phase is very time-consuming. A steep learning curve must be overcome to ensure that all interfaces and individual features are correctly configured from the outset. A highly structured onboarding process and consistent use of the offered on-site appointments are essential to fully exploit the software's potential. Looking ahead, we would like to see even more comprehensive standardization of the reporting library for ad-hoc financial analyses, enabling us to access specific datasets even faster and more independently of individual customizations. Further optimization of the user interface for purely administrative financial queries could also increase efficiency in accounting even more.
