What do you like most?
Time savings and revenue growth for the team internally is something I like, and the prices happyhotel sets are always spot on. What I especially like is that thanks to the autopilot, the prices suggested by happyhotel go directly into the PMS and we no longer have to do anything for that — just lean back and trust it ;)
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Currently nothing comes to mind; internally we are really very satisfied and happy that we decided to go with the program.
