What do you like most?
We have been working with Mews for some time, and overall, the experience has been very positive. It is an easy-to-use and quite intuitive tool that allows us to manage daily operations efficiently. One aspect we especially value is that Mews continues to evolve and incorporate improvements, as well as offering good integration possibilities with other tools we use. I would also highlight the support from the team. Whenever we needed help or raised a requirement, we found good disposition and closeness on their part. After this time working together, we are satisfied both with the tool, the service, and the relationship with the Mews team.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
As an area for improvement, I would highlight that there is always room to further simplify some processes and expand certain functionalities and integrations.
