What do you like most?
For a new property, having the reservation, room and guest information in one PMS is useful. I also like that the Calendar gives management a quick picture of occupancy and upcoming stays. It helps us plan the operation without checking several separate systems.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The handover after onboarding could be smoother. During the early setup period, information did not always move continuously from one step to the next, so we sometimes had to ask again about what was happening. Better communication during setup would make the starting experience easier.
