What do you like most?
I love the text messaging/email templates that can be scheduled. The layout of the reservation and opportunity for gift certificates and quotes makes it super intuitive. We also provide our own trip protection. With the help of your staff we're able to enable additional folios for that purpose.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Housekeeping is overly cumbersome. Would love to know the booking source prior to opening the reservation by either hover or symbol. "Internet" means nothing since it shows up on almost all of the reservations. Would love to have a dog symbol as well.
