What do you like most?
From the very beginning, I was impressed by the PMS interface: Given its complexity, it is excellently designed, and all aspects were truly considered in the settings. The check-in at the kiosk now runs smoothly after a few initial teething problems and greatly simplifies our daily routine. My personal highlight is the Guest Journey Messaging. Sending each guest the right message at the right time, and doing so flexibly, I have not experienced with any other provider.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The PMS interface currently has some issues, but I am confident that it will be resolved soon. Additionally, the design of the guest app could use a refresh. A more modern look would complement its strong functionality.
