What do you like most?
It has helped us avoid late night lock out calls from guests! We don’t have a staff member on property 24 hours a day, so lock outs were a big deal.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
It would be nice if the mobile key link could be sent to guests booking.com & Expedia email addresses. That way the keys could be delivered prior to their arrival.
